To end your Geolocate subscription, simply go to the "Cancellation" page of our platform and follow the instructions. You will need to have the email address you used when you subscribed to Geolocate.

It sometimes happens that our customers lose their password, don't panic! First of all, you can retrieve your password by consulting the emails you received when you subscribed to Geolocate.mobi. You can also go to the Geolocate.mobi login page and click on the "forgotten password" button. You can also decide to contact Sav-Geolocate's advisers who will quickly send you your password back!

If you wish to obtain an invoice for your purchases made at Geolocate.mobi you can consult Sav-Geolocate's advisers to obtain all invoices for your recent purchases.

Currently the only payment method available on Geolocate.mobi is payment by credit card. We are working in collaboration with them to be able to offer you more payment methods available, we will keep you informed when these are available.

Sav-Geolocate's priority was to offer you a simple and quick cancellation system. Thus all Geolocate.mobi customers have the possibility to cancel their subscription free of charge and simply on our cancellation page.
